[摘要]苏州轨道交通2号线太平车辆段超长上盖箱形转换结构为超长混凝土结构,采用ABAQUS软件计算分析结构的温度作用,通过对升温、降温,恒载+活载+升温、恒载+活载+降温,预应力+恒载+活载+升温、预应力+恒载+活载+降温6种荷载工况进行温度应力计算,主要分析了结构构件的损伤程度、钢筋最大应力,楼板最大裂缝等,并对比分析了施加预应力的作用效果,最终达到有效控制梁板应力的目的。

Temperature stress analysis on super-long box-shaped transfer structure in upper platform over the subway

Abstract:The box-shaped transfer structure in upper platform over the Taiping depot of Suzhou Metro Line 2 is a super-long concrete structure. The temperature effect of the structure was calculated and analyzed by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS. Temperature stress calculation was conducted under six load conditions including heating, cooling, the dead loads+live loads+cooling, the dead loads+live loads+heating, prestress+dead loads+live loads+heating, and prestress+dead loads+live loads+cooling. The damage degree of structural components, maximum stress of reinforcement and the maximum crack of floor were mainly analyzed, and the effect of prestress was compared and analyzed to ultimately achieve effective control of stress of the beam and floor.
