[摘要]阐述了泰州国际博览中心二期钢屋盖的设计思路。该工程二层展厅分为2个90m×108m的展厅及1个27m跨的过厅,屋面跨度90m。根据建筑师要求,屋面结构设计舍弃了传统的桁架及网架结构形式,借鉴桥梁结构设计方法,采用大跨钢梁+斜拉索的结构形式。通过斜拉索及过厅屋面桁架的设置,较好地控制了屋面钢梁的变形及材料用量,也为斜拉索的固定提供可靠支承条件。

Roof structural design of Taizhou International Expo Centre on the second phrase

Abstract:The design concept of steel roof system in Taizhou International Expo Centre on the second phrase was introduced in brief. The two-story exhibition hall is divided into two 90m×108m exhibition halls and a 27m-span corridor hall, and the whole roof span is 90m. According to the requirements of the architects, the roof structural design abandoned the traditional truss and grid structural systems, but drew on the bridge structural design method to adopt the structural form of the large-span steel girder + stay cable. Through the setting of the stay cable and the roof truss of corridor hall, the deformation and material consumption of the roof steel girder were better controlled, and the support condition of the stay cable was also provided.
