苏州绿景NEO结构设计与分析

[摘要]本项目为在原设计基础上进行重新设计,设计过程中通过设置防震缝减少了与塔楼相连的裙房区域,从而降低了底部裙房楼层的扭转效应。通过与建筑协调采取外框柱贴外墙布置,减小了外框柱受荷面积,增大了抗侧力构件的平面宽度,增强了外框架的抗倾覆能力。通过楼层的合理设置与层高调整使得结构上下层刚度相对均匀,避免侧向刚度比不规则。采用小角度斜柱实现上部立面的较小收进。重新设计与原设计相比,结构布置更为合理,避免了扭转不规则和侧向刚度不规则,且经济效益也大大提高。

Structural design  and analysis of Suzhou Lüjing NEO Building

Abstract:This project was redesigned based on the original design, and the podium area connected with tower was reduced by setting the seismic joint in the design process, to reduce the torsion effect of the bottom floor of the podium. Through the coordination with the architecture design, the outer frame columns were arranged in the same plane as the exterior side of external wall, which reduced the load area of the outer frame column, increased the plane width of the lateral force resisting components, and enhanced the overturning resistance of the outer frame. Through the reasonable setting and story height adjustment, the rigidity of the upper and lower floors was relatively uniform to avoid the irregular lateral stiffness. The inclined column with small angle was adopted to realize the smaller setback of the upper facades. Compared with the original design, the layout of the structure in redesign was more reasonable to the torsional irregularity and lateral rigidity irregularity and the economic benefits were greatly improved.
