[摘要]本项目为B级高度钢筋混凝土超限高层建筑,存在扭转不规则、局部转换(穿层柱)、塔楼偏置等超限顶。详细介绍了重要部位的抗震性能目标,并对其进行抗震性能分析,采用弹性时程分析法进行了多遇地震下的补充计算及罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性变形验算,结果表明结构具有良好的抗震性能,可较好地满足抗震设计两阶段的性能目标。

Structural design and analysis of Suzhou Harbour Development Building

Abstract:This project is a reinforced concrete out-of-code high-rise building with the height of B-level required in code. There are some out-of-code items such as torsional irregularity, local transition (cross-layer column) and tower offset. Details of seismic performance objectives of important parts were introduced, and its seismic performance analysis was carried out, and the elastic time-history analysis was used to supplement the earthquake calculation under frequent earthquake, and elastic-plastic deformation calculation under rare earthquake. The results show that the structure has good seismic performance, and can effectively meet the performance objectives of the two-stage design in seismic design.
