[摘要]昆山A15地块项目为地上40层、地下3层建筑,主体高度180m,标准层平面为回字形,四边宽度均较小。采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构,为高度超B级的超限高层建筑。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,对主体结构进行了弹性时程分析和静力弹塑性分析。针对单边宽度较小的特点,进行了楼板抗剪分析并进行了中震下楼板应力分析。计算结果表明,结构的各项指标均符合规范要求,结构安全可靠。

Design and analysis of out-of-code high-rise building structure of A15 land project in Kunshan

Abstract:A15 land project in Kunshan is a building with 40 floors overground and 3 floors underground, and the main building is 180m high. The standard floor plane is ring-shaped, and the width of every side is small. Reinforced concrete shear wall structure is adopted, and it is an out-of-code high-rise building with height over class-B requirement of the code. Based on the performance-based seismic design method, the elastic time-history analysis and the static elastic-plastic analysis of the main structure were carried out. In view of the small width of single side, the shear analysis of floor slab was carried out and the stress analysis of slab under earthquake was carried out. The calculation results show that all the indices of the structure meet the requirements of the code and the structure is safe and reliable.
