苏州G32号地块项目塔楼超限高层结构设计

[摘要]苏州G32号地块项目塔楼为B级高度的超限高层建筑,对该项目东塔楼进行结构计算,分析结果的合理性,同时按规范要求对关键构件进行了抗震性能化设计。计算结果和规范限值的对比表明,东塔楼结构布置合理,能满足抗震规范的设防要求。同时对斜撑构件进行了详细的应力分析,对楼板进行了温度应力分析,并将结果用于施工图设计。

Structural design of out-of-code high-rise tower building project of G32 Plot in Suzhou

Abstract:Tower building project of G32 Plot in Suzhou is a B-level out-of-code high-rise building. Structural calculation was conducted on the east tower building of the project to analyze the rationality of the results and performance-based seismic design was conducted on the key components according to the code requirements. The comparison between the calculated results and the code limits shows that the structure of the east tower building is reasonable and can meet the requirements of seismic code. The detailed stress analysis was conducted on the bracing members, and the temperature stress analysis was conducted on the slab. The results were used in the construction drawing design.
