Q420高强度钢管承载能力试验研究*

[摘要]为了研究对比空心圆钢管柱和灌砂圆钢管柱的抗弯承载能力和破坏形式,按足尺比例,对2个空心圆钢管柱和1个灌砂圆钢管柱进行了抗弯承载力试验研究。分析结果表明,空心圆钢管柱和灌砂圆钢管柱破坏时,均在柱脚受压侧发生鼓曲,但是空心圆钢管柱的鼓曲较灌砂圆钢管柱严重,相比空心圆钢管柱,灌砂圆钢管柱的水平承载力基本没有得到提高,但其抗侧刚度比2个空心圆钢管柱抗侧刚度平均值提高6-90%左右。可见,砂的填充对圆钢管柱的水平承载力影响不大。

Experimental study on bearing capacity of Q420 high-strength steel tube

Abstract:In order to compare and study the bending bearing capacity and the failure form of hollow circular steel tube column and sand-filled circular steel tube column, bending capacity experimental study was conducted on 2 full-scale hollow circular steel tube columns and 1 full-scale sand\|filled circular steel tube column. The analysis results show that when failure occurs in the two kinds of columns, there is bulge failure at the compression side of column foot, and the hollow circular steel tube column features serious damage. Compared with hollow circular steel tube column, horizontal bearing capacity of sand\|filled circular steel tube column is not improved basically, but its lateral stiffness increases about 6-90% more than the average lateral stiffness value of 2 hollow circular steel tube columns. It can be seen that the filling of sand has little influence on the horizontal bearing capacity of circular steel tube column.
