[摘要]通过某工程案例对水泥土挤密桩和素土挤密桩+CFG桩复合地基两种地基处理方案从地基承载力、变形、工期、造价等方面进行比较,并遵循技术可靠、经济合理、施工便利的原则,最终确定采用水泥土挤密桩地基处理方案。对地基处理效果的检测表明,该方案达到了设计要求,节约了成本,缩短了工期,在同类地质条件的小高层、高层建筑中可以推广应用。

Application of compacted soil-cement piles in tall building construction in collapsible loess regions

Abstract:Composite foundation of compacted soil-cement pile and soil-CFG pile were compared based on a project from the comparison of bearing capacity, subsoil deformation, construction period and costs. According to the principles including reliable technology, reasonable economy and construction convenient, compacted soil-cement pile was adopted finally. The test results of the composite foundation show that the scheme meet the design requirements,save the cost and shortened construction period. It can be widely applied in the tall building construction under the same geological conditions.
