青岛深蓝中心1号楼结构设计

[摘要]青岛深蓝中心1号综合塔楼地上共74层,建筑高度328-60m,采用框架-核心筒-外伸臂钢桁架结构体系。外框架为型钢混凝土柱与钢梁,为了增加弱轴抗侧刚度,东西立面框架柱间距加密,且由钢筋混凝土核心筒与周边框架组成双重抗侧力体系。塔楼采用3m厚整体筏板基础,局部采用岩石锚杆抵抗水浮力。针对项目的特点和超限情况,对结构小震弹性、中震弹塑性、大震弹塑性及关键节点等进行深入分析,结果表明,结构能满足所设定的抗震性能目标,具有良好的抗震性能。

Structural design of No.1 building of Qingdao Shenlan Center

Abstract:The No.1 complex tower building of Qingdao Shenlan Center has 74 floors overground with architectural height of 328-60m, and it adopts structural system of frame-corewall-steel outrigger. The outer frame comprises steel reinforced concrete columns and steel beams. In order to increase the lateral stiffness of the weak axis of the structure, the frame spacing of columns in both of the East and the West facades are encrypted, and the dual lateral resisting force system is composed of reinforced concrete corewall and surrounding frame. The tower adopts 3m thick integral raft foundation, and local rock bolts are used to resist water buoyancy. According to the characteristics of the project and the out-of-code situation, the elastic analysis was conducted on the structure under frequent earthquake, elastic-plastic analysis was conducted on the structure under fortification and rare earthquakes, and key nodes were analyzed in depth. The results show that the structure can meet the expected seismic performance goals, and has good seismic performance.
