海南清水湾威斯汀度假酒店结构设计

[摘要]海南清水湾威斯汀度假酒店临海,体型独特,因建筑功能需求,主体结构存在体型细长、抗侧力核心构件集中偏置、竖向构件转换、整体悬挑等不规则性。结构设计采用了钢框架-钢筋混凝土剪力墙的双重抗侧力结构体系,利用交通核筒体集中布置抗侧刚度较大的钢筋混凝土剪力墙以及稳定性能良好的桩箱基础,同时结合客房区采用轻质高强的钢桁架转换体系以及钢框架结构,使得整体结构具备良好的抗震、抗风、抗倾覆性能。主要介绍了结构设计从方案到施工实施的一些关注点,包括性能设计以及相关计算分析的内容。

Structural design of Westin Qingshui Bay Hotel in Hainan

Abstract:Locating on the coast near sea, Westin Qingshui Bay Hotel in Hainan has  unique shape. In order to fulfill architectural function, the main structure  has following irregularities such as the slenderness of the shape plan, the bias concentration of lateral core components on one side, the transfer of vertical components and overall cantilever. A dual lateral resistance structural system of steel frame-reinforced concrete shear wall is adopted. Traffic core helps to arrange the reinforced concrete shear wall with large lateral stiffness and pile box foundation is used to provide great stable performance. Combining with the light high-strength steel truss transfer system and steel frame structure in guest room area, the structure is provided with good seismic performance, wind resistance and anti-overturning capacity. Some points of concern for structural design from scheme design to construction were mainly introduced, including performance-based design and related calculation and analysis.
