[摘要]gad企业总部大楼采用竖筒悬挂结构体系,以剪力墙核心筒为主要承重和抗侧力结构,上部5~12层均通过屋顶钢桁架、外圈高强钢吊杆及楼面钢框架系统悬挂于核心筒剪力墙上,从而大大缩小了周边竖向构件截面,同时满足建筑4~5层无柱空间的要求。介绍了gad企业总部大楼的结构受力特点及性能化分析过程,根据计算结果对重要部位剪力墙采取了设置钢板、型钢梁、型钢柱等加强措施,并针对悬挂结构特点采用特殊的施工方案。分析结果表明,该结构在大震下屋顶钢桁架和钢吊杆能保持弹性,加强后的剪力墙也具有极好的抗震性能,可以达到预期的性能目标。

Structural design of gad Enterprise Building

Abstract:Vertical tube suspension structural system was adopted in gad Enterprise Building, with the shear wall corewall as the main load-bearing and lateral resistant structure. The upper 5~12 stories are suspended on the shear wall of corewall through the roof steel truss, the outer high strength steel bar and floor steel frame system, thus greatly reducing the cross section of vertical members surrounding and satisfying the columnless space requirements on 4~5 stories of the building. The structure mechanical characteristics of the performance analysis process of the building were introduced. Strengthening measures of steel plates, section steel beams and section steel columns were adopted at the important parts of the shear wall according to the calculation results. And the special construction schemes were adopted according to characteristics of the suspension structure. The analysis results show that the roof steel truss and the steel bar of the structure can remain elastic under the rare earthquake, and the reinforced shear wall also has excellent seismic performance to achieve the desired performance goals.
