山东航海实训中心非均匀温度场及温度效应研究

[摘要]山东航海实训中心项目长约150m,船身外围护结构采用整体钢板造型。由于外墙钢板为板壳结构,长度较大,且受太阳辐射等的影响,温度作用对其结构的影响很大。对外墙钢板在太阳辐射、水体热传导等作用下的非均匀温度场进行了数值模拟;在考虑材料和几何非线性的情况下,研究了非均匀温度场对外墙钢板以及整体结构的变形和应力影响。综合分析结果、当地气象记录及施工进程,提出了外墙钢板及主体结构合拢的温度分别为23~27℃和7~17℃。对比了在均匀温度场和非均匀温度场作用下,外墙钢板及整体结构的温度作用效应。结果表明,在两种温度场作用下,结构整体均仍处于弹性状态,外墙钢板变形可满足建筑外观需求。

Study on non-uniform temperature field and temperature effect of Shandong Training Center of Navigation

Abstract:Shandong Training Center of Navigation is 150m long, and the exterior-protected structure of the hull structure is made of integral steel plate structure. Because the outer wall steel plate is the shell and plate structure with large length and it is affected by the solar radiation, the temperature action has the very large influence to its structure. Numerical simulation was conducted on the non-uniform temperature field consisting of outer wall steel plate under the solar radiation and water heat conduction. In consideration of material and geometrical nonlinearities, the effect of non-uniform temperature field on the deformation and stress of the outer wall steel plate and the overall structure was studied. Based on comprehensive analysis of simulation analysis results, local weather records and construction process, it put forward the closure temperature of 23~27℃ and 7~17℃ respectively for the outer wall steel plate and the main structure. The temperature effect of the outer wall steel plate and the whole structure under the uniform temperature field and non-uniform temperature field were compared. The results show that under the influence of two temperature fields, the whole structure is still in an elastic state, and the deformation of the outer wall steel plate can meet the architectural appearance requirement.
