低配筋剪力墙结构外套式加固试验研究

[摘要]北京市有一批建于20世纪70年代的高层低配筋混凝土剪力墙住宅。由于修建时间较早,受到当时经济条件和规范水平的影响,结构混凝土强度低且配筋率严重不足,为了满足现行抗震规范对混凝土结构抗震的要求,需要进行抗震加固。为了尽可能缩短加固工程周期并减少对居民生活的影响,提出了外套式加固方法,该方法无需进入原结构内部,仅在原结构两侧延长横墙长度、增设纵墙,并在原结构顶部增设跨越屋面的大梁将两侧的加固部分连成整体。为了考察加固后结构的抗震性能,采用子结构技术进行1∶2缩比模型拟静力试验。试验结果表明:原结构经加固后承载力大幅提高;加固结构在层间位移角达到1/200时,承载力达到峰值;层间位移角达到1/100时,结构连梁剪坏,剪力墙墙角混凝土压碎,结构剩余承载力约为峰值承载力的85%;加固后结构承载力和延性满足现行抗震规范要求。

Experimental study of reinforced concrete shear wall structure with low reinforcement ratio retrofitted by exterior strengthening method

Abstract:A group of low reinforcement ratio concrete shear wall buildings which were constructed during 1970s are still used of Beijing. As the buildings were built pretty early, according to the economic conditions and standards, their concrete strength is too low, and the steel reinforcement in the concrete wall is inadequate. In order to satisfy current seismic design standard for reinforced concrete structures, the buildings need to be retrofitted. To shorten the construct period and minimize the disturbance to the residents, a retrofit method that is constructed from outside were proposed. This method only need to extend the length of the transverse wall, add the vertical wall and use concrete beam across the roof to connect the reinforcement part of both sides without enter the original structure. In order to study the seismic performance of the retrofitted structures, a structure model with a scale ratio of 1∶2 was tested by using substructure method. The test results show that the strength of the structure  significantly increases after retrofitted. The strength of the structure reaches the peak value when the top displacement reaches 1/200 of the structure height. When the top displacement reaches 1/100 of the structure height,the major damage of the structure is observed at the coupling beams and the bottom of the shear wall. The residual strength is about 85% of the peak value. Strength and ductility of the retrofitted structure satisfy the current seismic design standard.
