[摘要]湘江财富金融中心T1塔楼结构高度324m,T2塔楼结构高度255m,两座塔楼均为超限高层,建筑要求由结构外框柱形成巨型斜交网格,结合幕墙变化达到建筑设计立面效果。结构设计结合建筑特点采用了较复杂的多重抗侧力结构体系,通过多种计算程序对结构整体进行了弹性和弹塑性计算分析、结构抗震性能化设计、外框柱稳定分析、关键节点有限元分析等,主体结构能达到设定的性能目标要求,结构体系具有有效的耗能机制和良好的抗震性能。

Structural design of T1 and T2 super high-rise towers of Xiang Jiang Fortune Finance Center

Abstract:Xiang Jiang Fortune Financial Center comprises two out-of-code high-rise buildings, of which T1 Tower has structure height of 324m, and T2 tower of 255m. In order to achieve the facade effect of architectural design, a huge oblique crossing lattice is needed to form by the outer frame of the structure, and the facade effect of the building design can be achieved by combining the change of the curtain wall. Combined with architectural features, the structural design adopts complex multiple lateral force resisting structural system. The elastic analysis and elastic-plastic analysis, the structural performance-based seismic design, stability analysis of outer framed columns and finite element analysis on key node were conducted on the whole structure according to multiple calculation programs. The main structure can meet the performance requirements of fortification goal, and the structural system has effective energy dissipation mechanism and good seismic performance.
