[摘要]北京CBD核心区Z6地块项目位于CBD核心区西南向,塔楼采用筒中筒结构,其中不规则网格外框筒由巨柱-巨撑-密撑组成,内筒由底部混凝土核心筒、上部钢框架核心筒组成。主要对外框筒中巨柱、巨撑、密撑相交形成的各类复杂节点进行分类,并通过设计原则、加强措施及有限元分析对节点进行设计,重点介绍了巨撑、密撑与巨柱连接节点、巨柱底部节点和巨撑下部与巨柱连接节点设计,旨在满足相应性能目标的同时使节点易于加工。

Joint design of outer frame-tube structure with irregular grid system in Z6 plot of Beijing CBD

Abstract:The Z6 plot of Beijing CBD project is located in the southwest of the core area of CBD. The tower building adopts tube-in-tube structural system, and irregular grid outer frame-tube is composed of mega columns-mega braces-close braces, and inner core tube is composed of bottom reinforced concrete corewall and upper steel frame corewall. All kinds of complex joints which are formed by mega columns, mega braces and close braces in outer frame-tube were mainly categorized. The joints were designed according to the design principles and strengthening measures while using the finite element analysis. Some joint designs were introduced emphatically, including joint between mega brace, close brace and mega column, bottom joint of mega column, and joint between bottom mega brace and mega column, in order to fulfill performance goals and make joint convenient to produce.
