大跨度重型桁架屋盖整体提升施工方法研究

[摘要]针对采用混凝土屋面的大跨度重型桁架屋盖结构,提出了地面拼装桁架、浇筑完混凝土屋面板后,再进行整体提升的施工方法,并结合工程实例,进行了施工全过程设计和构造研究。根据施工方案,对结构通过单元逐步激活技术进行了阶段施工仿真分析,分析中同时考虑了施工期间温度因素和不同步提升因素对结构的影响,并根据施工分析结果确定了关键节点构造、后浇带划分等设计因素。实测值与理论计算值符合较好,为钢结构屋盖施工提供了科学依据。

Construction analysis on integral lifting of large-span heavy truss roof  sturucture

Abstract:Aiming at the large-span heavy truss roof structure with concrete roof slab, the construction method of integral lifting after assembling truss and pouring concrete slab on the ground was proposed. Combining with practical projects, construction full-process design conducted and details were studied. According to the construction scheme, synchronous integral lifting of the steel roof was analyzed with technique activating members step-by-step. The effects of temperature and unsynchronous lifting during construction period on the structure were studied. Construction details of key nodes and post-pour strips were determined according to the simulation analysis results. The measured data coincide well with analysis result, which provides scientific ground to the construction of large-span steel roof.
