航天城中小学结构设计

[摘要]航天城中小学项目地上部分包括小学楼、中学楼、综合楼、宿舍楼四个单体;地下部分整个连为一体,主要为大空间冰球馆、体育馆、报告厅、游泳馆、设备用房及地下车库等。本工程地下部分:大空间冰球馆、体育馆采用钢桁架形式,游泳馆采用型钢混凝土梁形式,报告厅为27m跨型钢混凝土转换结构。地上部分主体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙体系。主要阐述本项目结构设计的关键及难点问题,包括重荷载下钢桁架设计及节点连接设计、27m跨型钢混凝土转换梁设计、地下大空间及下沉庭院开洞等导致的挡土墙复杂传力的结构设计、小学楼屋顶长悬挑型钢梁吊挂下部2层坡道结构设计、综合楼弹塑性分析等。

Structure design of Aerospace City Primary and Secondary School

Abstract:The overground part  of Aerospace City Primary and Secondary School project includes four single buildings of the primary school building, secondary school building, complex building and dormitory building; underground part is integrated as a whole, mainly including large-space ice hockey hall, gymnasium, lecture hall, swimming pool, equipment building and underground garage. In the underground part of the project, ice hockey hall and large-space gymnasium with large space adopt steel truss type; swimming pool adopts section steel reinforced concrete beam type; lecture hall adopts the 27m-span steel reinforced concrete transfer structure. The main body structure of the overground part adopts reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structural system. The key and difficult problems in the design of the  project were mainly elaborated, including the design of steel truss and joint connection design under heavy loads, the design of 27m-span section steel reinforced concrete transfer beam, structural design of the retaining wall structure with complex force transfer caused by large space underground and sunken courtyard opening, ramp structural design of the lower 2 stories suspended below large-cantilever section steel beam on roof of primary school, and elastic-plastic analysis of complex building.
