哈尔滨万达滑雪场钢结构方案优化设计

[摘要]哈尔滨万达滑雪场平面尺寸长487m,跨度从150m渐变到90m,建成后将成为世界上最大的室内滑雪场。滑雪场东侧钢结构为重载(恒荷载11-5kN/m2)、大跨(最大跨度123m)、高层(最高点114-5m)结构,超限判定为特殊类型的高层建筑,且严重扭转不规则,是本项目结构设计的重点和难点,最终采用了巨型框架的结构体系。滑雪场中西部钢结构为横向桁架、纵向框架的结构体系,介绍了该结构体系在设计过程中考虑的几个主要问题及采取的措施,通过调整构件的布置、采用拓扑优化的办法解决了支承体系的问题;采用非线性时程辅助分析,通过提高构件的稳定性及主框架刚度的办法,提高了结构抵抗连续倒塌的能力。

Optimization design of steel structure scheme for Harbin Wanda ski dome

Abstract:The plane arrangement of Harbin Wanda ski area is 487 meters long, 150 meters to 90 meters span. It will be the biggest indoor ski dome in the world when finished. The steel structure of east part is a special type of high-rise building with heavy load (dead load is 11-5kN/m2), long-span (the longest span is 123m) and high-rise (the highest point is 114-5m), and significant torsional irregularity, which is the key and difficult point of this project. Finally hollow mega-frame structure is used for the east part. The structure system of west and middle part is lateral truss and lengthways frame. A serious of key issues and the correspondent solutions considered during the design process of this structural system were introduced. The supporting system problem was solved by structural element re-arrangement and topological optimization. The structural ability to prevent progressive collapse was improved by increasing the stability of single element and the stiffness of the primary frame, together with adoption of non-linear time history analysis method.
