合肥南站主站房大跨钢结构设计

[摘要]合肥南站属于特大型交通枢纽,主站房屋盖平面投影为矩形,采用双向正交正放大跨桁架结构体系。结构杆件采用圆钢管,节点主要采用焊接球节点和相贯节点,部分节点采用铸钢件。详细介绍了主站房屋顶钢结构的结构体系,同时针对工程特点,对结构平面支撑体系、立体与平面桁架之间的转换体系以及结构角部区域桁架布置体系的优化内容进行了介绍;并介绍了钢结构设计控制指标及用于结构分析的荷载及荷载组合。采用MIDAS/Gen软件对结构建立三维整体模型,结合自主编制的结构校核程序进行了结构分析;对关键节点也采用MIDAS/Gen软件进行了有限元分析。结果表明,整个结构设计满足规范要求。

Large-span steel structural design of main station building of Hefei South Railway Station

Abstract:Hefei South Railway Station is a super-large transportation hub. The planar projection shape of the roof structure of the main station building is rectangular, and the building adopts bidirectional orthogonally large-span truss structural system. Circular steel hollow pipe is used as the structural elements. Welded spherical joints and intersecting joint are adopted, and there are some cast steel joints. The structural system of the roof steel structure of the main station building was introduced in detail. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the project, and optimization contents of structural plane supporting system, and conversion system for plane truss and three-dimensional plane truss were introduced as well as optimization contents of truss arrangement system in structural corner region. The control indices, the loads and load combinations for steel structural design were introduced. MIDAS/Gen software was used to build a three-dimensional integral model of the structure, and the self-compiled structure checking program was also used for structural analysis. Finite element analysis was conducted on the key joints by MIDAS/Gen software. The results show that the design of the integral structure meets the requirements.
