［摘要］   简要介绍了中国木结构的发展历史、中国近代木结构发展过程以及现状及《木结构设计规范》的编制。重点分析了需要开展的研究工作的内容和方向，如人工林强度指标、胶合木技术、木结构复合材技术和木结构建筑节能等。

Research works of timber structure in China

Abstract:Development history of Chinese timber structure, developing process and present situation of Chinese modern timber structure and the compilation of Code for design of timber structure were introduced. Research works of timber structure in China were introduced emphatically. Research targets and direction in respect of strength index of planted forest, glued timber structure, composite material and energy-saving of timber structure were given.
