山区220kV双回错层横担直线塔设计及真型试验研究

[摘要]山区220kV双回错层横担直线塔CCHDT1-30采用一种新的技术和设计理念,即通过将杆塔上下山坡侧导、地线横担进行错层布置,降低下山坡侧导线对地距离,充分利用上、下山坡侧横担的有效高度,提高线路的绕击耐雷水平。在CCHDT1-30塔结构设计过程中,对杆塔塔型优化、杆塔内力等进行研究,完善杆塔设计。CCHDT130塔成功通过了真型试验,说明双回错层横担直线塔结构设计合理,能有效传递设计荷载,可在山区输电线路工程中推广使用。

Research on design and full-scale test for 220kV double-circuit staggered cross-arms straight line tower in mountainous area

Abstract:A 220kV double-circuit staggered cross-arms straight line tower CCHDT1-30 adopting new technique and design concept in the mountainous area can improve the lightning protection performance of shielding failure of the transmission line by making staggered disposal of the conductor and earth-wire crossarm of the tower on uphill slope and downhill slope to lower the height of the downhill side conductor to the ground and taking full use of the effective height of tower on both uphill slope and downhill slope. During the design process of CCHDT1-30 tower structure, the tower type optimizations, the internal force of tower and so on were studied, and the tower design were perfected. The tower CCHDT1-30 successfully passed full-scale test, indicating that the main structure of the double-circuit staggered cross-arms straight line tower is reasonable, and the design load can be transferred effectively, and this new technique can be further applied in mountain transmission line project.
