泉州体育场结构设计若干要点问题探讨

[摘要]泉州体育场结构设计中钢挑篷封头梁落地拱产生的轴压力通过钢筋混凝土异形框架柱向下传递至基础、桩基,拉力则通过落地拱底端销轴埋板下设置的型钢传递给主体结构的型钢混凝土异形框架;阐述了整体倾斜的火炬柱、灯柱的设计要点,对矩形和H形等非圆形截面欲形成空间曲面或空间折面均会遭遇的截面空间扭转问题提出了加厚钢板过渡和以横隔板过渡连接两种解决办法;对体育场主体结构基础外的室内场地工后沉降问题给出了采用梁板结构和地基处理两种处理方案;混凝土异形框架的结构形式兼顾了体育场外立面曲面幕墙设置的便利性,使建筑结构整体能获得的最大合理性和经济性。

Research on several key issues of structural design of Quanzhou Stadium

Abstract:In the structural design of Quanzhou Stadium, the pressure of axial force of the ground arch of steel cantilevered end-capped beam is transferred through the reinforced concrete special-shaped column down to the base and pile foundation, and tension force is transferred through the section steel embedded under the pin shaft plate at the bottom of ground arch to the steel reinforced concrete special-shaped frame of the main structure. The design points of the overall inclined torch column and lamp column were introduced. Two methods of thickening steel plate transition and using diaphragm plate for transition connection were proposed to solve the problem of cross-section torsional issues encountered by non-circular cross sections including rectangle and H-shaped sections to form a spatial curved surface or spatial folding surface. Two treatments of the beam-floor structure and the foundation treatment were proposed for indoor ground settlement after completion of foundation of main structure of the stadium. The structural form of concrete special-shaped frame takes into account the convenience of setting up the curved curtain wall of the fa-ade of the stadium, so that the overall building structure can obtain the maximum rationality and economy.
