大型购物中心结构设计要点分析

[摘要]当前的大型购物中心由于其功能丰富、业态多样、人流密集造成空间关系复杂,对结构设计提出了很多要求和挑战。为了保证此类结构的安全性、适用性和经济性,以多个实际工程为例,总结了在结构设计中需要关注的几个方面。首先是荷载和作用,包括地震作用、风荷载、地下水作用、车辆荷载、立面荷载、机电荷载和预留荷载等;其次是上部结构设计,需要重点把控结构体系、不规则项、结构超长、振动舒适度及附属结构设计;再次是地基基础设计,需要重点关注方案选型、抗浮设计、超长设计、变形控制、施工顺序等。针对这些要点,结合实际工程给出了设计概念、解决方法及相关建议,可供同类结构设计参考。

Research on key points in structural design of large shopping malls

Abstract:Many challenges are raised by complicated space relation due to various function, formats and intensive flow in structural design of large shopping malls. Several aspects according to several actual engineering were presented in order to ensure safety, applicability and economy of structures. The first one was load and action including earthquake action, wind load, underwater action, vehicle load, facade load and MEP load, etc. The second one was the design of superstructure considering structural scheme, irregular aspects, length-exceeding design, vibration comfort and other attached structures. The third one was the design of ground and foundation comprising ground type, foundation type, anti-floating design, length-exceeding design, settlement control and construction sequence, etc. Based on these aspects, corresponding design concept, methods and suggestions are given according to actual cases for reference.
