重庆施光南大剧院结构设计

[摘要]重庆施光南大剧院为一座容纳1 300人的大型剧院建筑,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。本剧院建筑内部空旷,造成了若干楼层的楼板不连续,剧院与下侧的会议厅、宴会厅连为一个整体结构单元,建筑功能布局复杂。7-4m长悬挑看台、31-4m跨度剧场种植屋面、26m跨度会议厅和宴会厅是结构设计的难点,此外结构抗震超限、螺旋楼梯也是本工程的典型特点。通过多处应用预应力技术、采用多种软件进行分析、根据大震楼板应力结果指导薄弱板带的配筋设计、精心选择剪力墙的合理布置等综合手段,有效解决了上述技术难点,取得了良好的建筑使用效果和经济效益,相关设计施工经验可供类似工程参考。

Structural design of Shiguangnan Theater in Chongqing

Abstract:Shiguangnan Theater in Chongqing is a large theater building accommodated 1300 audience, and it adopts the structural system of frame-shear wall structure. This theatre building has an empty interior to cause discontinuous slabs in several floors. The theatre and the lower conference hall and banquet hall are connected as a whole structural unit. The building function layout is very complex. The structural design has difficulties of 7-4m-long cantilever grandstand, the theater planting roof spanning 31-4 meters, conference hall and banqueting hall spanning 26 meters. In addition, the project also has the typical features of out-of-code seismic design and spiral stairs. The above technical difficulties were finally effectively solved through the application of prestressed technology in various parts, analysis using a variety of softwares, guiding reinforcement design of weak plate according to the results of stress analysis under rare earthquake, and through rational arrangement of shear wall. This project achieves good architecture service effect and economic benefit. Relevant design and construction experience of the project can provide reference for the similar engineering.
