同济大学新建多功能振动试验中心结构设计

[摘要]同济大学新建多功能振动试验中心为国内首个4台联动模拟地震工况的振动试验中心,该结构设计有别于传统厂房型实验室模式,需对地震模拟振动台运行时产生的不利影响进行结构处理及规避。介绍了同济大学新建多功能振动试验中心的结构体系、振动台基座斜桩布置、环境减振措施、反力墙设计、屋盖隔震/振连接构造等,这些技术的应用充分保证了试验中心的成功建造及运行,可供类似工程设计参考。

Structural design for newly-built mult-function vibration test center of Tongji University

Abstract:The newly-built multi-function vibration test center of Tongji University is the first domestic vibration test center with four linkages to simulate earthquake working condition. The structural design is different from the traditional plant typed laboratory pattern, and it takes some structural measures in the design for avoiding the adverse effects of seismic simulation shaking table at runtime. The structural system, inclined pile layout of vibration platform seat, environmental vibration isolated measures, anti-force wall design, roof isolation/vibration connection etc. were introduced. The application of these technologies ensures the successful construction and operation of the test center and can provide reference for similar engineering design.
