［摘要］通过BIM技术及不同软件在济南市港新园公租房建设项目中的应用，从创建模型、碰撞检测、进度模拟、实时漫游等四个方面进行研究，探讨BIM软件在装配式建筑设计和建造过程中应用的适用性和操作性能，提出可通过不同BIM软件之间的相互配合，以实现项目表现的最优化和预期目标。

Application of BIM technology in assembly building design and construction

Abstract:According to the application of BIM technology and software in the  construction of project Gangxinyuan Public Rental Housing in Jinan city, four aspects including creating models, collision detection, schedule simulation and real-time roaming were researched，the applicability and operability of different BIM softwares using in the design and construction of perfabricated building were discussed, and the degree of adaptability between different BIM softwares was presented to attain the optimization and the target expected.
