四连跨干煤棚三心圆柱面网壳结构设计与研究*

[摘要]介绍四个105m连跨干煤棚三心圆柱面网壳结构设计,指出网壳支座设在24-10m高的柱顶比设在地面能大大提高土地使用效率。编制MSTCAD与MIDAS软件的数据转换程序,将MSTCAD的单跨网壳计算模型转换到MIDAS中,与下部支承梁、柱建立四连跨干煤棚整体空间计算模型。通过比较MIDAS与MSTCAD的计算结果,证明该设计方法的可行性与准确性,为类似多个连跨空间网格结构工程的整体空间计算与设计提供了新的解决方案。

Design and research on three-centered cylindrical reticulated shell structure of 

four-span dry-coal shed

Abstract:The design on three-centered cylindrical reticulated shell structure of four-105m-span dry-coal shed was introduced. It was found that the land use efficiency is increased significantly if the support of the reticulated shell is installed on the top of 24-10m high columns rather than on the ground. The data conversion program based on MSTCAD and MIDAS software was programmed to convert the data of single span reticulated shell calculation model from MSTCAD to MIDAS, and then the integral spatial calculation model of a four-span dry-coal shed was built by combining lower supporting concrete beams and columns. The comparison between MIDAS and MSTCAD calculation results demonstrates the feasibility and accuracy of the design method, and it also provides a new solution for design and calculation of the integral spatial structure of similar multi-span spatial reticulated shell structure engineering project.
