广州东塔内嵌双层钢板高强混凝土组合剪力墙的设计与施工

[摘要]广州东塔采用带伸臂桁架的巨型框架-核心筒体系,为满足建筑功能和抗震性能的要求,核心筒外墙采用了强度等级高达C80的内嵌双层钢板混凝土组合剪力墙。钢板混凝土组合剪力墙极限承载力高,延性好,耗能能力强,抗震性能优异,在超高层建筑结构中应用前景广阔。着重介绍内嵌双层钢板混凝土组合剪力墙的设计考虑和施工要点,包括承载力计算、构造措施、典型连接节点、钢板分段与吊装、裂缝控制等。计算结果表明,各项指标能满足建筑功能需求和结构抗侧刚度、承载力的要求。

Structural design and construction of composite high strength concrete shear wall with embedded double steel plates in Guangzhou East Tower

Abstract:Guangzhou East Tower adopts mega frame-corewall with outriggers as its main structural system. To satisfy the architectural and seismic design requirements, the external wall of corewall adopts composite C80 high-strength concrete shear wall with embedded double steel plates. The composite shear wall with embedded double steel plates features high ultimate bearing capacity, significant ductility, good energy dissipation ability and good seismic behavior. It has a great prospect of application in super-tall building structures. The design considerations and key points of construction of composite concrete shear wall with embedded double steel plates were emphatically introduced, including calculation of bearing capacity, construction measures, typical joint connections, steel plate segmentation and hoisting, crack control, etc.. The calculation results show that all the indices can meet the requirement of architectural function and the requirements of  the lateral stiffness and bearing capacity of the structure.
