某复合功能大跨楼盖体系人致振动分析与评估

[摘要]建筑使用过程中人员活动引起的楼盖振动舒适度评估是建筑品质设计的重要方面,其本质为结构动力学分析设计内容。楼盖的舒适度不仅与结构本身的质量和刚度特性有关,还与不同的人员激励类型及评价标准有关。某大跨度楼盖项目在建筑功能上存在人员的行走、跑动、跳跃和跳舞等各种不同的活动类型,同时结构轻质且布置较为复杂,楼板的振动问题得到了各方的重视。通过研究楼板振动分析和设计的方法、条件和标准等,对整体和不同功能区域的楼板进行了系统的分析研究以指导深化设计,其技术和经验可供类似工程设计参考。

Analysis and assessment of human-reduced vibration for a multi-use large-span floor system

Abstract:Assessment of floor vibration caused by human activities during is an important aspect of building quality design, which is the content of structural dynamics analysis. The serviceability of the floor is not only related to the quality and stiffness of the structure itself, but also to different types of human motivation and evaluation criteria. There are various types of human activities of walking, running, jumping and dancing in the building function of a large-span floor project, and at the same time it features light structure and complex layout. The vibration problem of floor has gotten the attention of the parties. Through the study of methods, the conditions and standards for floor vibration analysis and design, systematic analysis and study were conducted on the overall and different functional areas of the floor to guide the deepening design, and its technology and experience can provide reference for similar engineering design.
