车辆基地综合开发结构预留技术研究

[摘要]以上海轨道交通线某车辆段上盖开发为工程背景,对此类以公共交通为导向的开发项目的特点和难点进行了梳理。对车场由于工艺要求造成的首层天然薄弱层进行了详细的分析,提出了适当的性能目标;对上盖与车场通常非同步建设的问题,给出了分期建设时针对性地采取结构体系预留的建议;最后,对此类上盖开发项目从结构技术角度进行了总结,提出了合理化建议。研究成果可以对此类车场上盖开发项目提供一定参考。

Research on structure preservation technology for transit-oriented development

Abstract:The transit-oriented development over a depot of a section of Shanghai rail transit line was taken as an engineering background to research the characteristics and difficulties of the public transit oriented development project. The first natural weak story of the depot caused by the process requirements were analyzed in detail, and the proper performance targets were put forward. It was suggested that structure preservation was needed in phased construction to solve the non-synchronous construction problem of top-side platform and depot. Finally, the top-side platform development project was summarized from the perspective of structural technology, and reasonable suggestions were put forward. The research results can provide some reference for the development of top-side platform over a depot.
