[摘要]珠海某超高层项目位于强风作用区,结构高度超过200m,风荷载作用下基底剪力约为小震和中震作用下基底剪力的平均值,塔楼结构抗侧刚度受风荷载控制。通过调整结构体系和布局,优化风荷载和地震作用下塔楼结构的各项性能指标,实现了强风荷载下200m以上高楼无伸臂桁架或腰桁架的设计,在满足结构设计规范的各项性能要求的同时提升了整个建筑的外观效果和使用品质。

Structural optimization design of a super high-rise building in Zhuhai

Abstract:A super high-rise building with the structural height over 200m is located in a strong wind loading area in Zhuhai. The base shear force under wind load approximately equals to the average base shear forces under frequent and fortification earthquakes and structural lateral stiffness is mainly controlled by wind load. By adjusting the structural system and layout, all the performance indices of the tower structure under wind load and earthquake action were optimized. This design excludes outriggers or waist trusses in a more than 200m high-rise building under the strong wind loading,it meets the performance requirements of structural design specifications and enhances the appearance effect and quality in use of the whole building.
