北京大望京626地块2号超高层办公楼结构设计

[摘要]北京大望京626地块2号楼为一超限高层办公楼,主塔楼采用型钢梁+圆钢管混凝土柱组合框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系,无加强层。项目为超高、超限结构,抗震设防烈度为8度,受地震作用影响较大,设计时基于不同性能水准下的抗震性能目标,依据相关规范及风洞试验,对结构设计方案及整体性能进行详细研究。主塔楼弹性分析采用两种不同的分析软件计算对比,并应用LS-DYNA进行动力弹塑性分析。由结果可知,工程整体结构性能满足相关规范要求,结构设计安全,构件设计主要由地震作用或重力荷载控制;罕遇地震下结构抗震性能满足“大震不倒”的性能目标。

Structural design of No.2 super high-rise office building in lot 626 of Greater Wangjing District in Beijing

Abstract:The main tower building of No.2 out-of-code high-rise office building in Lot 626 of Greater Wangjing District in Beijing consists of frame steel beam+concrete-filled steel round tubular column composite frame-reinforced concrete corewall structural system without strengthening layers. The project is a super high-rise, out-of-code structure, with 8 degree of seismic fortification intensity. It is largely impacted by the earthquake action. The design was based on seismic performance objectives under different performance levels, and a detailed research was conducted on the structural design scheme and overall performance according to the relevant specifications and wind tunnel test. Two different analytical programs were used to compare the elastic analysis of the main tower building, and the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis was carried out by LS-DYNA. Results show that the overall structural performance of the project meets the requirements of the relevant specifications, and the structural design is safe. The design of the components is mainly controlled by seismic action or gravity load. The seismic performance of the structure under rare earthquakes meets the performance goals of “not collapsing under rare earthquakes”.
