北京CBD核心区某地块项目结构设计

[摘要]北京CBD核心区某项目建筑高度约200m。基础设计中引入变刚度调平概念满足主裙沉降差,减小筏板厚度和配筋。地上结构采用钢-混凝土组合结构外框架和混凝土核心筒的双重抗侧力体系,结构竖向未使用加强层。结合建筑设计要求并考虑施工难度,1~4层采用斜交钢管混凝土柱,提高抗侧刚度的同时缓解了底部墙肢拉应力,5层及以上采用型钢混凝土柱以降低用钢量。对结构进行了静力推覆分析,验证了结构的塑性耗能机制和大震性能目标。各项分析结果均满足规范及超限审查要求,整体结构安全可靠、经济合理。

Structural design of a project in core area of Beijing CBD

Abstract:A building in core area of Beijing CBD has architectural height of 200m. The concept of variable rigidity leveling was introduced in the design of the foundation to meet the difference of the main building and podium building and to reduce the thickness and reinforcement of the raft. The upper structure adopts the dual lateral force resisting system consisting of steel-concrete composite structure outer frame and concrete corewall. Strengthening layer is not used in the structure. According to the requirements of architectural design and considering the difficulty of construction, oblique concrete-filled steel tubular column is adopted from the 1st to 4th layers, which improves the lateral stiffness while relieving tensile stress at the bottom of the wall. Steel reinforced concrete column is adopted at and above 5th layer to reduce the amount of steel usage. The Pushover analysis of the structure was carried out to verify plastic energy dissipation mechanism and performance objectives under rare earthquake. All the analysis results meet the requirements of specifications and out-of-code review, and the overall structure is safe, reliable and economical.
