［摘要］   针对开发量最大的高层剪力墙住宅设计，探讨了从剪力墙及梁板布置、结构计算分析及调整方法、结构构造措施等多方面控制结构成本的方法，并对计算分析中连梁超筋的处理、含少量框架柱剪力墙结构的剪力调整等疑难问题提出了建议。介绍了一项按提出的优化原则设计的实际案例，可供设计人员参考。

Optimization design of tall residential buildings with shear wall structures

Abstract:Targeting tall residential buildings with shear wall structures, structural arrangement, structural calculation and analysis, construction measures and other methods to minimize cost were discussed. Advices to controversial questions, such as over reinforcing of link beams and shear forces adjustment of shear wall structures with small frames etc., were put forward. An example designed by optimization principles was introduced as a reference to the designers.
