成都市南部副中心科技创业中心结构设计

[摘要]   成都市南部副中心科技创业中心项目为大型建筑群,主要建筑为U形平面、阶梯状退台的复杂结构。对复杂结构的抗震分析、超长及大跨混凝土结构的预应力设计、中庭钢桁架屋盖和雨篷的构造措施、多土层和岩土共存锚杆的粘结强度取值等方面的设计内容进行了介绍,并提出了合理确定预应力钢筋张拉控制力的设计理念,可为同类结构的设计提供参考。

Structure design on Innovation Center of Science and Technology of Southern Sub-center of Chengdu

Abstract:Innovation Center of Science and Technology of Southern Sub-center of Chengdu is a large building group, the main building comprises several complicated structures with U-shaped plane and stepped faade.  Seismic analysis of complicated structure, design of overlength and large-span prestressed concrete structure, constructional measure of steel truss roof of atrium and awning, cohesive strength value of anchor bar in multiple soil layers and in rock layers, were introduced. Design conception for rational determination of tensile control force of prestressed reinforced bar was proposed, which can provide reference for similar structures.
