［摘要］   博瑞创意成都办公楼为平面不规则的超限复杂高层，工程采用矩形钢管混凝土柱+钢框架梁+钢筋混凝土剪力墙组成的钢-混凝土混合结构。针对平面楼板严重缺失、幕墙钢框架屈曲分析复杂等主要超限特点，通过多模型、多软件的比较分析及弹性时程分析、Pushover分析计算表明，各项计算指标理想，结构具有充分的抗震能力。

Structural design on hybrid tall building of Borui Creative Chengdu

Abstract:Borui Creative Chengdu is a complex tall building with irregular plan. Steel-concrete hybrid structure which composed of rectangular tubular SRC columns, steel beams and RC shear walls was adopted. Targeting the large opening of slabs, buckling analysis difficulties of curtain wall frames, through comparison of several models and softwares, through time-history analysis and Pushover analysis, an ideal solution was got and this building satisfied earthquake resistance requirements.
