成都百货大楼结构设计

[摘要]   成都百货大楼为一高度162.75m的超限高层建筑,塔楼与裙房连成整体且偏置于裙房一隅,塔楼采用框架-核心筒结构(核心筒偏置)。在相对核心筒偏置的另一侧外围框架柱间设置钢支撑,该支撑仅从裙房屋面起设置。针对超限特点介绍了结构方案决策过程、三水准抗震设计思路及具体分析方法,重点研究了塔楼偏置及塔楼核心筒偏置对结构的不利影响以及采取的相应加强措施。

Structure design of Chengdu Department Store

Abstract:Chengdu Department Store is a high-rise building with a height of 162.75m. The tower connects with the podium at one corner of the podium. The tower is a frame-core tube structure, and the core tube is offset. Steel diagonal braces were installed between the columns of the external framework which is opposite to the core tube, only from the roof of the podium. According to the characters of the high-rise building, the structural scheme selection process, the detailed analysis method with three-level seismic design of this structure were introduced. The disadvantage effects induced by the offset of the core tube and the offset of the tower were investigated with the corresponding strengthening measures in detail.
