(中国建筑西南设计研究院有限公司,成都 610081)[摘要] 结合国航拟建机库前期的可行性研究及设计咨询工作,对各种结构方案进行了分析探讨。该机库跨度(147+72.5)m,进深83m,由维修机库和喷漆机库组成。对机库可能采用的结构形式进行了概念分析和具体的计算分析,包括张弦桁架体系、索托体系、斜拉体系、拱架体系、主次桁架体系、拱架+网架体系,探讨了各种结构体系的优缺点及其适用范围。结合拟建机库的设计条件和工艺条件,对拱架+网架体系进行了大量的计算和优化,给出了用钢量指标。

Abstract:According to the feasibility study and consultancy service for a large span hangar which is to be built, several kinds of structural schemes were analyzed. The hangar is composed of a maintenance hangar and a painting hangar. The span is (147+72.5)m and the depth is 83m. Concept and detailed analysis were proceeded according to the possible structural style,including truss string structure, cable-bracket style, inclined cable structure, arch truss structure, principal-secondary truss, arch truss structure and grid structure,then the advantage and disadvantage of all these structural styles were pointed out. According to the design conditions and technical conditions,computations and optimizations were proceeded to the lagging structure and grid structure,and steel consumption was given.
