E玻纤织物增强磷酸镁水泥基细骨料混凝土薄板加固RC梁抗弯试验研究*

[摘要]提出采用E玻纤织物增强磷酸镁水泥基细骨料混凝土薄板加固RC梁的方法。以加固层织物网层数为主要变化参数,进行了8根加固梁和1根对比梁的抗弯试验研究,分析加固梁的破坏模式、荷载-挠度、荷载-钢筋应变、荷载-混凝土应变关系、裂缝开展情况,研究加固层织物网层数变化对RC梁正截面受弯承载力特性的影响。试验结果表明,该加固方法可以有效地提高梁的开裂荷载、屈服荷载和极限荷载;加固后梁的延性降低。基于试验研究,提出了加固梁的受弯承载力计算方法,给出了相关计算公式。

Experimental research on flexural behavior of RC beams strengthened with E\|glass textile reinforced fine aggregate concrete sheets used magnesia-phophate cements

Abstract:A new method with E-glass textile reinforced fine aggregate concrete sheets used magnesia-phophate cements  was proposed for the strengthened RC beams. Taking textile layers as main variation parameters, eight strengthened beams and one no-strengthened beam were experimentally investigated. The failure pattern, relationship of load-deflection, relationship of load-steel strain, relationship of load-concrete strain and crack-development were analyzed. The flexural behavior of RC beam affected by the number of textile layers was studied. The results indicate that the cracking loading, yield loading and ultimate loading of the strengthened beams are increased, and the ductility of the strengthened beams is reduced. Based on the experimental research,the calculation method of bending capacity of the strengthened beams was proposed and the calculating formulas were derived.
