中关村国防科技园A栋综合楼超限结构设计

[摘要]中关村国防科技园A栋综合楼是一栋特点鲜明的平面细腰形高层建筑,采用传统框架-剪力墙结构扭转效应明显,建筑四角框架成为第一道抗震防线,结构体系存在安全隐患。通过计算对比分析,确定采用局部屈曲约束支撑框架与位于平面细腰部位的混凝土筒体组成的框架-剪力墙结构体系。设计过程中对屈曲约束支撑的布置原则、抗震性能改善效果及连接节点的抗震性能进行了详细的分析,对一些关键构件明确了加强措施。分析结果表明,屈曲约束支撑减震技术与传统混凝土结构体系有机结合,有效地改善了结构性态,提高了整体结构的抗扭、抗震性能。

Out-of-code structural design of complex building  A of National Defense Science and Technology Park in Zhongguancun

Abstract:Complex building A of National Defense Science and Technology Park in Zhongguancun is a high-rise building with slender waist plane as its distinctive feature. It has an obvious torsional effect if the traditional frame-shear wall structure is adopted, and the frames in the four corners of the building consist of the first seismic line of defense, so there are some security risks in this traditional structural system. Through comparative analysis of the calculation results, frame-shear wall structural system was adopted including the frame with local buckling restrained braces and corewall located in slender waist plane. A detailed analysis was carried out in the process of design, such as the layout principles of the buckling restrained brace, improvement effect of seismic performance and seismic performance of connecting node, and the strengthening measures were taken on some crucial components. The analysis results show that, the organic combination of the buckling restrained brace energy dissipation and the traditional concrete structural system have effectively enhanced the behavior of the structure, and improved the ability of the overall structure to resistance the torsional effect and the seismic performance.
