T型钢PEC梁抗弯承载能力试验研究

[摘要]为了研究T型钢PEC梁在竖向荷载作用下的抗弯承载性能,对两根简支T型钢PEC梁进行了竖向加载试验。介绍了试验方案和试验过程,分析了T型钢PEC梁在竖向荷载作用下的受力性能、破坏机理、变形能力以及跨中截面应变分布规律。试验结果表明:在竖向荷载作用下T型钢PEC梁具有良好的承载能力和变形能力;完全剪切连接的T型钢PEC梁横截面应变近似符合平截面假定;为避免脆性破坏,T型钢PEC梁的钢梁翼缘应采用较大的配钢率;塑性中和轴位于楼板板内,材料利用充分;配钢率大的试件较配钢率小的试件抗弯承载力高,刚度大;ABAQUS有限元分析结果与试验结果吻合较好。

Experimental study on load\|bearing capacity of Tee steel PEC beam

Abstract:To research vertical load-bearing capacity of Tee steel PEC beam, test results of two simply supported Tee steel PEC beams under vertical loads were presented. Process and method of test were introduced. The carrying capacity and failure mechanism, deformation capacity, mid-span section strain distribution were analyzed. The result of the test indicates the Tee steel PEC beam has good carrying capacity and deformation ability under vertical loads. Tee steel PEC beam specimen with full shear connection exhibit cross sectional strain that meets flat section assumption. To avoid brittle failure, the flange of Tee steel PEC beam should has larger steel ratio. It is rational that plastic neutral axis is located in the flange of concrete plate. The specimen with higher steel ratio has higher bending strength and stiffness. The calculated results of ABAQUS finite element program are much coincided with the tested results.
