[摘要]大连维多利亚广场A塔楼外框采用矩形钢管混凝土柱。介绍了矩形钢管混凝土柱的设计分析方法及节点构造等内容;重点探讨了矩形钢管混凝土柱在地下室部分的设计与构造以及伸臂桁架等关键节点的传力构造,并采用有限元软件对关键节点进行分析;最后阐述了矩形钢管混凝土的施工及检测方法。通过理论分析及工程实践,证明矩形钢管混凝土柱承载力高、抗震性能优越、施工方便,在超高层结构中具有一定的优势。

Design and study of CFRT members in Dalian Victoria Square

Abstract:The concrete-filled rectangular steel tubular (CFRT) members are adopted as frame columns in Tower A of Dalian Victoria Square. The design and analysis method as well as joint structure contents of CFRT columns were introduced. At the same time design and structural details of CFRT columns in basement of the project were focused as well as the force transmission structure of key joints of outriggers, and the key nodes were analyzed by finite element software. Finally the construction and detection method of CFRT were elaborated. Through theoretical analysis and engineering practice, it is proved that the CFRT column has the advantages of high bearing capacity, excellent seismic performance and convenient construction, and it has certain advantages in the super high-rise structure.
