螺栓间距对大规格角钢节点受力性能的影响*

[摘要]由角钢节点减孔数的计算公式可知,减孔数的多少除了与角钢准距、螺栓孔径的大小相关外,还与螺栓间距相关,因此,以∠220×20和∠250×26为例进行螺栓间距对节点受力性能的影响分析。结果表明,对于∠220×20和∠250×26角钢,在布置两排或三排M20螺栓时的最优螺栓间距均为100mm;在布置两排或三排M24螺栓时的最优螺栓间距均为120mm。

Influence of bolt spacing on mechanical performance of large size angle steel node

Abstract:According to the calculation formula of hole reduction number, the number of hole reduction is related to rolled angle directrix, the size of the bolt holes and bolt spacing. Therefore, angle steels with specifications of ∠220×20 and ∠250×26 were taken as examples to analyze the effect of the bolt spacing on mechanical performance of the node. Results show that the optimal bolt spacing for both ∠220×20 and ∠250×26 angle steels is 100mm, when M20 bolts were arranged in two or three rows. The optimal bolt spacing is 120mm for M24 arranged in two or three rows.
