不同规范中钢材强度设计指标对比分析*

[摘要]针对钢材强度设计指标,对中国规范GB 50017—201X(报批稿)、美国规范ANSI/AISC360-10和欧洲规范Eurocodo 3进行了比较分析。主要对比的内容包括:不同规范对极限状态的定义和分类、钢材强度设计指标的表达形式和取值、钢材抗力分项系数的计算方法。在此基础上,对用不同规范计算的轴心受力构件的安全水平做了一个算例分析,结果表明,中国钢结构规范的安全水平低于欧美规范。。

Comparison study of design strength in steel design codes of different countries

Abstract:Design strength index in different steel design codes (GB 50017—201X (draft), ANSI/AISC360-10 and Eurocode 3) was compared. The comparison mainly contains: the definition and classification of limit state in different codes,  the expression of partial factor for resistance and its value in each code and  the computational method of partial factor for resistance of steel. On this basis, a case study was given. The case study analyzed the safety level of axial tension and compression members designed by these three codes, which indicates the safety level of Chinese code is lower than those of Europe and USA.
