[摘要]研究铝合金盘式节点在弯矩作用下的承载力计算方法,对试验中5种不同尺寸、不同受力杆件的盘式节点破坏模式进行了分析,分别推导了每种破坏模式下对应的节点承载力。结合ABAQUS软件对加载过程进行有限元模拟,给出了节点板及杆件由于应力集中造成了节点拉力修正的系数γ。与试验结果的比较表明,给出的铝合金网壳结构盘式节点承载力简化计算公式具有良好的实用性,而且考虑节点发生块状撕裂的脆性破坏形式而预留了一定的安全储备,可应用于铝合金网壳结构盘式节点工程设计。

Calculation method study of bearing capacity of TEMCOR joints in aluminum alloy shell structures

Abstract:In order to study calculation method of bearing capacity of TEMCOR joints in aluminum alloy shell structures, failure modes of 5 TEMCOR joints with different sizes and members under different bending loads were analyzed. Joint bearing capacity of each failure mode was derived. With the help of ABAQUS software, the finite element method was used to simulate the loading process and the coefficient γ of the tension of the gusset plate and the rod caused by stress concentration was given. Comparison with experimental results shows that the simplified calculation formula of bearing capacity of TEMCOR joints in aluminum alloy shell structures has good feasibility, and it sets aside a certain safety margin considering the massive tear brittle failure form in joints, which can be applied to actual engineering design of TEMCOR joints in aluminum alloy shell structures.
