天津梅江会展中心张弦桁架张拉、吊装与监测

[摘要]天津梅江会展中心钢屋盖由32榀张弦桁架组成,最大跨度为89m,柱距为15m。主要介绍了张弦桁架拉索张拉施工步骤和采用装置,针对整个施工过程进行了计算分析,通过计算确定了张拉力大小、跨中反拱位移等参数,并以此作为指导张拉施工的依据。桁架张拉和吊装过程中,对部分桁架的杆件应力、跨中反拱位移、支座滑动位移进行了监测,得到的测量值与计算值相吻合,从而证明了施工模拟验算的正确性。

Tension, lifting and monitoring of string truss in Conference Exhibition Center of Tianjin Meijiang

Abstract:The steel proof in Conference Exhibition Center of Tianjin Meijiang composed with 32-Pin string trusses, which column spacing is 15 meters.The maximum span of the string truss is 89 meters. Construction procedure and stretching equipment of pulling cable in string truss were described. Construction periods simulation were carried out. The value of tensioning force, the inverted arch displacement of truss at midspan and other parameters were calculated to guide the tension construction. During the process of tension and lifting of truss, the rods stress,the inverted arch displacement at midspan and bearing slide displacement of part of the truss were monitored.The measured value obtained is consistent with the calculated values,which prove the correctness of construction simulation.
