深湾汇云中心T1塔楼结构设计*

[摘要]通过综合考虑建筑功能与建筑外型的要求、结构的抗侧效率与经济性,深湾汇云中心T1塔楼采用巨型框架-核心筒结构体系。经过弹性与弹塑性分析说明该结构体系能够满足设计的各项要求。由于本项目建筑平面为正方形,从底到顶的建筑平面没有收分,横向风荷载成为设计的主控荷载。另外,由于本项目中的巨柱垂直地面布置,导致外框承担的剪力比较低,与现行规范对框筒结构二道防线的要求有一定差距。为此对结构进行了大震和超大震弹塑性分析,结果表明:巨型框架-核心筒的巨型框架由于自身抗侧刚度很小,在整个结构进入塑性后,框架承担的剪力分担比与弹性时的结果相差不大,外框主要起抵抗倾覆力矩的作用而不是抗剪作用。

Strucutral design of T1 tower of Huiyun Center in Shenzhen Bay

Abstract:Mega frame-core tube structure system is used in T1 tower of huiyun center in Shenzhen Bay, synthetically considering the building function, architectural profile, structural efficiency and economy. According the elastic and elasto-plastic analysis, the structural system can meet all design requirements. Since the tower section is square and doesn′t taper from the bottom to the top, lateral wind load dominates the structural design. In addition, all the mega columns are vertical to the ground, which causes the low shear ratio of outer frame. Since there is a certain gap between the frame shear ratio with the current specification requirements, major and super major seismic analysis has been done to ensure the safety of the mega columns. The analysis results show that there is little difference in outer frame shear ratio between the elastic and elasto-plastic dynamic history analysis, which proves the outer frame play a major role in resisting overturning moment rather than shear.
