[摘要]内爬外挂式塔吊在超高层建筑混凝土核心筒领先于外部框架施工中应用较多,墙体上爬架附着节点的受力性能直接影响到塔吊及剪力墙的安全性。结合实际工程项目,对爬架附着节点的力学性能分析方法和结果评价方法进行了研究。针对不满足设计和施工要求情况,提出了提高钢筋配筋率、预埋钢骨、增设钢支撑和设置使上、下爬架协同受力拉杆四种技术措施,并给出了四种技术措施的特点,可供相关技术人员参考。

Study on mechanical performance analysis methods of attachment joint of external hanging and internal climbing crane hanged on super high-rise building

Abstract:Hanging and internal climbing cranes are widely used in super high-rise building construction which the concrete core tube is constructed faster than the exterior frame. The safety of the tower crane and shear wall is directly affected by the mechanical behavior of the attachment joint between climbing-frame and the wall. Therefore, through practical projects, the mechanical performance analysis method and result evaluation method of attachment joint were researched. When joint performance can not meet the requirements of design and construction safety, four technical measures, such as improving the ratio of reinforcement, embedding the steel component, setting the supporting steel beam, and setting the tension rod between up and down climbing-frame, were put forward. The characteristics of these four kinds of technical measures were given, which can be used as reference for the relevant engineers.
