[摘要]义乌之心城市生活广场是一座超长商业建筑,大量采用大跨度结构和大悬挑结构以营造无柱开阔的建筑空间。因建筑净高要求,需在超30m大跨预应力混凝土梁上开大洞穿越设备管线。采用MIDAS/Gen软件分析了温差效应对结构的影响和大跨度室内天桥的人行振动舒适度,并采用ABAQUS软件分析了大梁开大洞后的应力状态。结果表明,温差效应对1层端部竖向构件和2层端部楼面梁影响最大,计算时应考虑温度作用参与荷载组合,适当加大板厚可使大跨度室内天桥的人行振动舒适度满足规范要求;洞口预埋钢套管可显著改善应力集中。

Analysis on key problems of super-long commercial structure of Yiwu′s Heart-Lifestyle Center

Abstract:Yiwu′s Heart-Lifestyle Center is a super-long commercial building, with a large number of large-span structures and large cantilever structures to create a pillar-free open space. Due to the requirement of the clear height of architecture, a large hole needs to be opened for equipment pipeline on the 30m-long large-span prestressed concrete beam. The effect of temperature difference effect on the structure and the comfort degree of pedestrian vibration of large-span indoor flyover were analyzed by MIDAS/Gen software. The stress state of the large beam with large holes was analyzed by ABAQUS software. The results show that the temperature difference effect has the greatest influence on the vertical member at the end of the first floor and floor beam at the end of the second floor. The calculation should take into account the effect of the temperature on the load combination. Appropriate increase of the thickness of the large-span indoor flyover can satisfy specification requirements. Embedded steel casing at the hole can significantly improve the stress concentration.
