一体多馆复杂超限高层结构分析与设计

[摘要]杭州上城区体育中心由于用地及功能等限制,采用一体多馆建筑形式,主体结构采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,大跨度楼层采用钢骨柱-钢桁架承重体系,部分钢骨柱间设置中心钢支撑。进行结构分析时,根据工程特点确定结构的性能设计目标,采用YJK,SATWE,MIDAS Building等软件进行对比分析,针对扭转不规则、楼板不连续、竖向构件侧向刚度和受剪承载力突变、单跨穿层柱等超限情况,对结构采取相应的加强措施,以实现整体结构的抗震性能。此外,采用简化计算法与SAP2000有限元分析法对大跨楼盖的振动舒适度进行了核算。

Analysis and design of complicated out-of-code high-rise multi-stadia structure

Abstract:Shangcheng District Sports Center in Hangzhou adopts multi-stadia structure due to land use and functional constraints. The main structure adopts frame-shear wall structure system, and large-span floor system adopts steel reinforced concrete column and steel truss bearing system, and center steel support was set among the steel reinforced concrete columns. To analyze the structure, the performance design goal of the project was determined according to the characteristics. YJK, SATWE, MIDAS Building and other software were used for comparison and analyses. For out-of-code conditions of irregular torsion, discontinuous floor, lateral stiffness mutation of the vertical component, mutation of shear bearing capacity and single-span cross-layer column, corresponding measures were taken on the structure to achieve the overall seismic performance of the structure. In addition, the simplified calculation method and the SAP2000 finite element analysis method were used to calculate and check the vibration comfort degree of large-span floor.
